• Company identification number (IČO): 19552319; entered in the Czech trade register, business started on 24 July 2023 (entry in the ARES register).
• The provider is not registered at Companies House and has no establishment in the United Kingdom. TO CONFIRM: whether selling to UK business customers from the Czech Republic requires any UK registration or notification, in particular with the Information Commissioner’s Office (data protection fee) and as a representative under Art. 27 UK GDPR.
• Competent trade authority in the Czech Republic and applicable professional rules: TO CONFIRM: add the trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad) and the reference to the Czech Trade Licensing Act.
• The provider is not registered for VAT and has no VAT identification number. TO CONFIRM: VAT treatment of sales of data to UK business customers (place of supply, reverse charge).
